Update – The John Jarrold Museum in Norwich closed in October 2019. The Norwich Printing Museum with the John Jarrold Heritage Collection is now at ‘The Printing Museum’ at the National Trust’s Blickling Estate near Aylsham.

Another great sounding machine at The John Jarrold Printing Museum. This is a Linotype machine and the rattling of the letters and keyboard is wonderful.

There are some wonderful machines at the John Jarrold Printing Museum. This is a hand turned guillotine for trimming books.

This Heidelberg Automatic Platen is at the John Jarrold Printing Museum where is is still in use and is looked after by an army of enthusiasts. The sounds of the machines working are wonderful.
